Spintax Editing & Generation

Adding, editing and generating Spintax is Content's bread-and-butter, and allows you to create for scale with full control.

Using Layers, we can add and spin our own content, or edit generations at any time.

Editing Spintax

When previewing an article you have three "Layers", Source, Content (Spintax) and Structured Preview (to learn how to add your own Source content from scratch, see Adding Custom Content)

We can leverage the Spintax layer to change spintax, add HTML, or even add handwritten sections or Schema manually.

Preview window highlighting the Content (Spintax) section

Edit the Spintax as needed, to apply changes click the "RE-APPLY MODULES" button at the bottom of the pane.

If the panel is not visible, click the expand icon.

Generating Spintax

There are two ways to generate spintax in Content.

1) By clicking the "Generate" button on the main dashboard - this will let Content source, spin and supply all content for editing later.

2) By adding your own content and generating from there, this is what we will focus on in this article

Spinning a Single Article

Preview window

In the Preview window, click "GENERATE SPINTAX" to create spintax from the Source. This will take a few moments, and will return any spintax generated and place it into the Content (Spintax) section.

To change the Spintax settings, use the Generation Options on the main dashboard.

Spinning Articles in Bulk

Main dashboard

On the main dashboard, click "SPINTAX" to process over all articles loaded. This will take a few moments, you may leave the page and come back and it will process in the background.

Once the generation is finished, each article will have a populated Content (Spintax) section.
