Editing a Campaign

Even after launching there are a bunch of useful things you can do to change and tweak the campaign's pages in bulk, along with some managerial stuff like changing the campaign's name and tags.

Changing the name and tags

To change the name of the campaign, type something in the "Name" field.

To change the tags, click the "Tags" field and select/deselect the tags available, or click "Create new tag" to create a new tag.

Changing variables

When launching a new campaign you can set the campaign variables - changing them afterwards works exactly the same.

To do this, click the "EDIT VARIABLES" button, then add or update the variables.

Adding new variables will only apply to variables used in the pages, it won't add any extra variables to the pages if they weren't launched with them.

Quick tip: when launching a campaign, you can leave your variables blank; Menterprise Publishing will automatically scan for all variables and pre-fill them for you, ready to edit. This saves time especially when using a bunch of variables!

Finding and replacing at a campaign level

Campaign Replacements (or essentially find & replace) is a very useful feature for a bunch of reasons, but to name a few:

  • Changing client information
  • Changing outbound URLs
  • Fixing typos
  • Fixing DMCA issues (like images)
  • Changing MPSS data after launch
  • Changing one variable to another, or some text into a variable

To add, edit or remove a replacement we click the "EDIT REPLACEMENTS" button.

To add or edit, click "ADD REPLACEMENT" (to add) and "UPDATE" (to edit) - then put what you'd like to find in the "Find" field and what you'd like to replace in the "Replace with" field. Then, click "SAVE" on that replacement.

After you're finished click "UPDATE REPLACEMENTS".
