How the dashboard tables work

Searching, filtering, sorting and doing things in bulk will make up a good part of your management within Menterprise Publishing's dashboard, so knowing what to do to save yourself time is essential. Below is a breakdown of what you can do with the tables and how.

Searching

Searching can be done from the top-left "Search..." field on all tables.

In the above we're searching the Campaigns table for "demo"

Filtering

Filtering tables can be useful for insights, bulk actions or finding that specific little row that just won't show up with a search.

To filter a table, click the filter icon (right of the Search bar) and choose a column you'd like to filter. Then choose a statement, like "equals" and set the value. It will immediately filter the table, and allow you to either delete that filter or add more.

Filters are treated as "AND" statements, so two filters would be interpreted as "all rows matching filter A and filter B".

To add more filters, click the filter button again.

To edit a filter, click the relevant filter tag.

To remove a filter click the "(x)" on the filter tag.

Customising columns

Changing the columns can fine-tune exactly what you want to see on your tables and in what order.

To change the columns and their order, click the 3 bar icon at the top-right of the table. To enable or disable columns, tick and untick them. Drag and drop to change their order.

Bulk actions

Bulk actions are available for a table when the bulk actions icon is available, between the Search bar and the Filter icon. Clicking on it will show what bulk actions are available and check boxes to select what items to apply the bulk actions to.
