Both Menterprise Content and Menterprise Publishing accounts are shared under one Menterprise account so if you have issues on either or both platforms this article will apply.
Common Browser Issues
If you have trouble with your Menterprise account you may be experiencing an issue with your Internet browser. Common issues include:
- Trouble logging in to your account using correct login information.
- Trouble loading the sites.
- Outdated or incorrect information.
